Embarking on an adventure is not easy.
That's why we leave you this list of frequently asked questions, so that you understand thoroughly.
What we do, how we do it, where we do it and most importantly... why we do it!
What is winser?
Winser is a company founded by two friends dedicated to organizing trips that involve various water sports in the best spots in the country and abroad. Our goal is to transform people's lives by introducing them to this lifestyle.
Can I go on your trips if I have no experience or windsurfing equipment?
Absolutely, the places we travel to are special because the learning conditions are optimal at all levels, so no previous experience is necessary, just attitude and will!
It's not necessary to have your own equipment, although if you already sail, you're welcome to bring your own and use it privately.
Is there an age limit for traveling?
No, Winser is open to all ages. If you're a minor, you must be accompanied by your parents, and if you're over 18, there are no limits or restrictions. Our equipment is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or condition.
Is windsurfing equipment shared? Will I have my own?
During trips, Winser equipment is shared and rotated among the different levels. We have equipment for each stage of your journey, so that technical learning is accompanied by the appropriate equipment.
What things are covered on trips?
When you travel with Winser you have included:
-Accommodation
-All meals
-Windsurfing school equipment for all levels
-Neoprene suits
-Coaching with instructors certified by the Argentine Yachting Federation
-Sports insurance
-Storage for your windsurfing equipment at the spot
Transportation is not normally included, although we sometimes arrange transportation depending on the group. In any case, we take care of organizing the logistics between available cars, checking for available seats and the number of people who need transportation. This way, the fuel is divided among the passengers in each car, and transportation is taken care of. If you prefer to travel in another way, we can also advise on the different options for each location.
What is not included in the trips?
-Alcoholic beverages.
-Personal expenses and tastes.
-Meals not planned.
What's the daily routine like on the road? What's the dynamic like?
Good vibes and a proactive attitude prevail. We try to accommodate each person, understanding that everyone has different expectations and points of view. We listen, talk, debate, and accommodate as we go along, trying to remain flexible at all times.
Being in a traveling environment, coexistence flows organically, and emotional bonds form very quickly among windsurfers, as we are all united by the same passion.
What's the accommodation like? And the food?
We all stay together; the rooms are shared and set up once we arrive at the spot. Our priority is to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Meals aim to be healthy and nutritious, with vegetarian and vegan options. At the lodge, we only have breakfast and dinner, which are shared communally. Lunch is typically served on the beach after or before the sail.
What am I going to learn on the trips?
-General knowledge of water sports and mainly sailing
-In-depth knowledge of the sport of Windsurfing
-Navigation headings, maneuvers, postures
-Assembly and tuning of windsurf sails
